  1. Hi Donna,

Thanks for hosting yet again another fun party. I wanted to comment on your Saturday Nite Special post about your vignetttes...they were absolutely stunning! I LOVED every single one of them. Your vignettes inspired me to make some changes to mine.

P.S. I got a ladder similar to yours at an auction Friday night. Love how you displayed yours.

  2. All of these vignettes are gorgeous! I've really enjoyed looking at them and picking up some ideas along the way. Amazing what can be incorporated into a vignette, isn't it? Can't wait to see which one won! They all look great.

  4. Oh thanks for putting up my cloche! I think Flea Market Style is having a party every week... I think that is what they said in the original post...I may be wrong though!

    Have a great week!

  6. Breathtaking vignettes! I loved looking at all of their blogs, what wonderful inspiration. I think it would be fun to vote anonymously for our favorites but hard at the same time as they are all so beautiful.

  7. Hi gals!

Toni suggests the vote because for about 30 seconds I had posted about asking for your opinion as to if you'd like to vote for the winner next round. I would LOVE to incorporate an anonymous vote, but I don't know how to regulate such a thing. For example, one could get her viewers to come on over and cast a blind vote which really wouldn't label a true deserving win on the merits I'm hoping for. If you have any ideas, I'm all ears! I'd love to include you in this!

I have those letter balls and haven't been able to find a vase to display them in that I am happy with- I love the covered jar that Starshine's chic used. thanks for the idea!

And How cozy does that tablescape look?

And that chocolate- cake? I want to be tiptoeing into that kitchen and sneaking a piece for with my tea!!

  11. ok - so you are just the sweetest thing EVER!! You must like my soda crates!! Get's my creative juices going with new spins on using those!! I LOVE your displays - serious absolute love!!

p.s. I have a question or post idea for you (as you've been doing posts about blog tips, etc.) As you know - I'm a newbie - so HOW DO YOU CREATE & ADD THE BLOG BUTTONS??

  12. You are all making me blush... :)

Northern Cottage, yes I like your soda crates and just want them all please. :)

I will indeed do a post on making blog buttons! I started but had to stop because of the intense time that kind of post creates.

I have a new series coming up that will be announced very soon, and they'll include alot of wish lists on how-to's. So get your lists ready, you will be asked what you want to learn! :)

  13. FJ Donna,
Thanks for showcasing my French door. Your party has been one of my favorites. Everyone can participate--you know, don't have to redo an entire room--and also learn a few more tricks. I plan on visiting all the posts over the next few days, and look forward to your next party!

  15. Hi Donna,
It was so nice of you to include my little vignette in your highlights! This was my first link party and the first time anything of mine has appeared on anyones blog. It was a lot of fun for me and an evening full of inspiration! (I stayed up past one!)

So looking forward to this weekend and I'm definitely looking forward to your future blog button post (no pressure).

    Thanks again!

  16. Yay! I love being featured. :) When I saw that wood piece, I thought of you. I have a second one...maybe I'll have to find it a good home in BC. I also love Kim's vignettes from Twice Remembered. Her photography and eye for decor is amazing.
